Masculinity Disperse Entity Of Woman (real story)

Getting married is big decision; it isn’t just about making a lifelong commitment to your partner. Marriage is a legal contract. When you get married, you not only accept rights and benefits, but you also take on legal and financial obligations. In Indian society, most of the girl they marry to a boy and life goes on just compromise without having their own basic rights. Before getting marries girls are usually taught for compromising their lives with men’s values, norms, religion, culture, adjustments etc. But while some other qualities like respectful, honest, caring, emotive and delicate to each other are equally important which are not accompanied because of masculinity. Girls marry a boy with lots of expectations either in love marriage or arrange marriage. Globally, more than one billion women are victimized by men. In most of the developed countries also does have the issue on patriarchy. Because of culture the patriarchy system is vigorous and the culture is contrived by human to live in human societies but it is pathetic for women.
Girl ( gulafsa) married to a boy (dabbu) in 2016 A.D. Before their marriage her big sister (sanno) was already married in the same family. Gulafsa’s family thought that two sisters married in the same family live together happily. There were altogether four brothers and one sister of dabbu. The eldest one is her own sister husband live apart with partition where the second one also live with his family aside. gulafsa lived with her husband(dabbu), two years daughter (aayaat), father in law (sunowor), younger brother in law (sibbu), and sister in law (siti) who are unmarried. When there are two people living together can fall arguments as they consider different perception. Likewise, there used to have casual arguments every single day. It happens to be a quite louder when sibbu return from Saudi Arabia in November 2018. He used to urge dabbu asking for dowry where sibbu already took dowry how much gulafsa’s family gave in their wedding day. January 4 2019 was a grim day for gulfasa, aayat and her family’s life. Gulafsa and dabbu was quarreling when sanno came to settle down dabbu started abusing her using vulgar and irrelevant words, this was the reason she separated with them after they get married. Sanno felt their arguments are like as usual and it will be sort out after a minute and she went back to her home. It was 5:30 in the evening time for namaz (the ritual prayers prescribed by Islam to be observed five times a day) she heard holler. She ran out from her room towards gulafsa’s room she found her in laws (sunowor, dabbu, sibbu and siti) were scurry and ran out because of frightened. When she moved to her room, door was locked from outside and she felt the smell of burning Tyre. When she open the door her sister (gulafsa) were burning fortunately she save aayat because there was no light so she was unable to go around her mom. Sanno threw her scarf and tried to stubs out but fire was in flame and villagers were watching them without helping they were looking that like a stranger. Sanno called in 100; they came and took gulafsa to the hospital. Doctors refer her to the hospital in the city saying that she can’t be alive here. With some hope sanno called her family and ask them to visit hospital. While she was taking her to the hospital she was screaming, crying, asking for food and to drink water. She was in painful situation also she was asking her daughter for breast feeding. That might be a pathetic moment for her looking at gulafsa. She reached to the hospital and by good fortune she declared her pain and the situation to the police. But at the same time unfortunately she died. Everything was unexpected.
After morn down gulafsa, villager’ commits sanno to compromise at first and only they will let burial her dead body. Some people were pressurizing in the hospital to compromise with family. Somehow they finish the burial and when they went to complaint against the assailant, police refuse to register FIR. Sanno father went to the shopkeeper and he told him to write an application for him. But the local police unwilling to take an action and when they went to CO then they got pressure to return back all the complaints that they are innocent. Police was known with the situation and having evidence rather than sympathizing also they were supposed to make every claim untrue. Even they persuade her to back home but sanno didn’t stop fighting for gulafsa she again went to SP told him about incident then the dabbu was arrested after two days but other three of them are roaming outside and she is still fighting for justice.
There is declaration in India, “where women are worshiped, god resides” actually it’s totally unfair to assert where women are treated like this. The innocent gulafsa was killed for dowry when sanno is asking for a justice; police are using the callous words. A victim approaches to the police station or court seeking justice but she relives the trauma in the same place. What is the mistake of aayat that she lost her mom? Being women siti is helping for crime. How ridiculous is this society? Where are those rules? Where are those promises? Everything is manliness. This manliness is making women lifeless.

Appreciation of work (experience in TATA trust event)

Tata Trusts are the oldest, multicultural humanitarian organization. The Tata companies are the apex group of company, wealth that accrues from this asset supports a variety of causes, institutions and individuals in a wide variety of areas. In this manner, the profits that the Tata companies earn go back many times over to the communities they operate in. These funds have been deployed towards a whole range of community development programs across the country, for over 100 years now. More than a company, it is famous for Tata trust now. Tata trusts have played a pioneering role in transforming traditional ideas of charity and introducing the concept of benevolence to make a real difference to communities. Through grant-making, direct implementation and co-partnership strategies, the Trusts support and drive innovation in the areas of healthcare and nutrition, water and sanitation, energy, education, rural livelihoods, natural resource management, urban poverty alleviation, enhancing civil society and governance, media, arts, crafts and culture and diversified employment. The trusts engage with competent individuals and government bodies, international agencies and like-minded private sector organizations to nurture a self-sustaining eco-system that collectively works across all these areas.
This time we got an opportunity through PVCHR to work with them and pleasure moment of our life. The program was for labors help them to construct a Mahamana madan Mohan Malvi cancer hospital in Varanasi. There were almost one thousand and fifty labors working on construction. Each labor supposed to call three members from family and there were almost three thousand people altogether. We were suggested to behave respectful, happy and helpful to all the guests. When we heard the number of people coming for an event for the first time, we were like oh my god!  And we (fk fellows) were in food department with major roles that we have to look after single food counter. We were so excited and somehow frightened as well. First day was a day of entrance people were coming turn by turn so it was not a rush moment. There were more than thirty buses to pick up the family members of labors. Receiving point was in three different places mougle sarai, kent railway station and bus station where thirty four volunteers face the challenge of it but the Tata trust facilitated all the people as much as they can. Not only in transportation rather for bathroom and toilet services, health services, accommodation, lights, mobile charging pot, clean drinking water and healthy food. While entering with registration the guest had a gifts pack according to gender.
We started our day serving break-fast using only two food counter and we succeed. Both lunch and dinner was also served according to that the people were on coming process till next morning. Before having evening meal movie was shown toilet ek prem katha which was about toilet problem in villages. We planned for next day that we had to open all counter for total number of people coming for an event. The next day was started with break-fast, increasing number of people and the excitement in their faces was remarkable to see. People with different culture, nature and their aspects were quite similar because what so ever they belong from the same country. When we talk with the mass most of the people were from UP state like Jharkhand, bihar and state of Rajasthan.
Felicitated program started, all the families were delighted to see the beloved one compliment. All the labors who were working since ten months got medals and some gifts, Tata trust also delivered their appreciation towards labors. The assumed manufacturing period was four years because of their hard work, dignity, responsibility, patience and teamwork it only took 10 months to complete it.  All guest visited to Saranath temple which is Buddhist temple where Gautam Buddha gave his first sermon called “Dharma Chakra Pravartana” or “Setting In Motion the Wheels of Law” as it is known in Buddhism, to his disciples in the deer park nearby. Everyone seems so happy and getting back to the event place, there was a cultural evening with light, dance, song, magic and a delicious food.  It would be a panic situation but our teamwork pays off that it was completed fluently. The last day was to visit kashi biswanath and they back to their home. We had an amazing three days, learnt about responsibility, ability, communication, to lead, appreciation for works, team management and team work.

In my view...

Jan 18th - baghawanala School
We visited a school with 71 students in total. Enough class rooms in school also have the problem because of funding crisis; they are not able to hire many teachers as well as good facility in school. There are only two classes where 1 and 2 study in same class with total 40 students and rest of the classes till 5 studies in same class room and the total students are 31.  Well, talking more about school, it is situated in Hukulgunj, bhagwan nala, Banars in 2001 which was established by PVCHR. PVCHR is an Indian non- governmental organization that fights for the rights of marginalized people in several North-Indian states, especially in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. It was founded in 1996 by Dr. Lenin Raghuvanshi, his wife Shruti Naghuvanshi and the Sarod Maestro Vikash Maharaj. Nowadays the PVCHR has about 50,000 members including 3,000 former torture victims. Students from the school are belong to very poor family neither they can pay fee nor they can afford the good sanitation to their children.
So PVCHR is helping them with the education but the most ridiculous part I heard was that when the school was started since 2001 to 2006 it was very difficult to find the children and they were in a single room where they used to gave class in evening and the reason of it was the children from 5 yrs to above spent whole days to income money working in factory of incense (dhupbattti) as a labor. The chemical that found in incense factory are so dangerous to the skin, cause backbone problem and many health problems. They used to work for whole day and they get money according to kilos, per kilo 10 to 15. They used to work for whole day and took class in the evening, irregular number of students and slowly PVCHR started to aware them about the risk and importance of education and since 2006 the class continues nicely. In 2010 Bhagwan Nala School officially get inaugurated. It was sponsored by Indo-German society, constructed and supported by PVCHR. From which school was able to keep principle and class wise teacher, at that time there was a funding of TATA as well but now there is a funding crisis and the school have 2 classrooms with only two teachers.
We went to visit the school and the students, first of all I felt so good that the students are getting education through PVCHR. There were most of the students from OBC community (raajbhar). There are more than 37 castes in this community. The students are getting education through teacher is a huge achievement but also there is a lack of socialization, lack of good environment in the society that directly effects the children mental, physical and social environment, so how they are not getting quality education.
As we are going to stay here for 4 months, I am planning to take a class, twice a week for English and once a week for sanitation. However, I would like to teach them a Basic English course.
-When I shared my opinion I want to teach the students. Lenin sir gave us all the duty to look after school and plan. And we visited to the school again, so going back to school
We would like to do gardening in front of school because there is a space for it. (with prevention measures)
There is a lack of the mat so we supposed to have thin matrix in the floor and (dariya) on it.
Students are from the poor family and they cannot afford the school dress and also the founder of school does not want to have a school uniform as they look like armies. So I thought if they cannot wear school uniform then we can make a dress that will be comfortable for both summer and winter. It will be alike track suit with colorful t-shirts having school logo on it. House wise sports day.
Dustbin and chart papers (according to class and subjects)
Some indoors and outdoors game can keeps student physically and mentally healthy.
